MetricHammer provides developer analytics tools including DORA metrics, cycle time analysis, team health monitoring, and related reporting features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfering with the service’s operation, using the platform for unlawful purposes, or reverse-engineering any part of the service.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

MetricHammer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetricHammer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
